Anatashia is a senior at Steinhardt, working towards her BFA in Studio Art. She comes from a mixed background of Malaysian and Indonesian cultures, influencing her artworks in an ironic and absurd way. She focuses on the theme of humor and the nonsensical, producing surreal and funny creations that critiques today's society trough both the digital realm and physical world. “Untitled (memez)”
Anatashia's VR gallery room houses a digital installation, Untitled (Memez). The viewer is forced to live and cope by walking through the sensory overload as memes and scanned 3D objects coincide with the overlapping sounds. A break will be needed after the exhaustive consumption of this room
